Did you know each home within EVRC has Architectural Guidelines registered on Title? Don’t let the word encumbrance fool you, these restrictions are not a burden, but a way to preserve the integrity of our community.
The rule of thumb — if you’re planning any work outside of your home (including landscaping and painting), EVRC needs to know about it. A full scope of work must be submitted; this scope will be subject to the review of both EVRC and a third-party architect. The approval process can take upwards 2 – 3 weeks, and must be completed before work commences.

Doing work inside? Be advised that large waste receptacles must be contained within your Unit. Contractors may not impede road access.
