Dear Elbow Valley Residents,

A restoration and upgrading project is underway at the entry signage to Elbow Valley.

This Fall the Elbow Valley logos and plaques will be removed and taken off site for professional refinishing. Landscaping beds and projection lights will also be upgraded.
